We received oral and written reports after every inspection as well as weekly Vendor and Analytics reports. Donna and her team followed up all leads and left no stone unturned at our house sold well at auction. Donna was always on the ball and provided sound advice with respect to strategy. She made us feel confident in our own decision making about the reserve and ultimate sale. During the 5 week campaign we interacted with people who provide independent support services (e.g. staging, 3D video, building reports, auctioneer etc) and all spoke highly of her professionalism.
