Donna leads an outstanding team who not only knew our home (personal visits by 4 team members before market), but ensured as many prospective buyers as possible inspected our home before auction (whether online or in person). We received a timetable for key events which was met on every occasion. We always knew what was going on and why. We received oral and written reports after every inspection as well as weekly Vendor and Analytics reports. Donna and her team followed up all leads and left no stone unturned at our house sold well at auction. Donna was always on the ball and provided sound advice with respect to strategy.
